(4761) Rudd, Bradley.  Private.  Co.D, 94 NY.  Age 44.  Enlisted 31 Jan., 1863 at Lancaster for three years and mustered in 1 Feb., 1863.  Died of disease 26 Feb., 1863 at Belle Plain (SR).  Originally buried at Fletcher Chapel Lot, King George (ROH).

(302) Rupert, James T. (ROH has Rubert).  Corporal.  Co.K, 24 MI. Age 30.  Res: Brownstown.  Enlisted 6 Aug., 1862 at Brownstown for three years.  Mustered in as a Corporal 30 Aug., 1862.  Killed in action at Laurel Hill 12 May, 1862 (SR).  Originally buried at Laurel Hill, Spotsylvania (ROH).

(2561) Rupp, Conrad.  Private.  Co.A, 1 U.S.S.S.  Age 30.  Occ: Cooper.  Born: Darmstadt, Germany.  Enlisted 7 Sept., 1861 at New York city for three years and mustered in 12 Sept., 1861.  Died of disease in camp near Falmouth 31 Dec., 1862 (NARA).  Originally buried at Fitzhugh's Farm, Stafford (ROH).

(5519) Ryan, Patrick.  Private.  Co.H, 136 NY.  Age 18.  Enlisted 29 Aug., 1862 at Portage for three years and mustered in 25 Sept., 1862.  Died of Typhoid Fever 13 Mar., 1863 at 2nd Div. 11 Corps Hospital near Stafford Court House (SR). Originally buried at Henry's Farm, Stafford (ROH).

(5441) Ryan, Timothy.  Private.  Co.K, 147 NY.  Enlisted 22 Aug., 1862 at Oswego for three years and mustered in 23 Sept., 1862.  Died 29 or 30 Mar. in a hospital at Belle Plain of Typhoid Fever.  Husband of Mary Shannahan (NARA).   Originally buried at Wallace's Farm, Stafford (ROH).

(2706) Ryder, Patrick.  Captain.  Co.B, 88 NY.  Age 25.  Enlisted at New York City for three years and mustered in as a Second Lieutenant 29 Oct., 1861, commissioned Second Lieutenant 31 Dec., 1861 with rank from 29 Oct., 1861. Promoted to First Lieutenant, Co.I, 7 Aug., 1862.  Wounded in action 13 Dec., 1862 at Fredericksburg.  Mustered in as Captain 1 May, 1863.  Transferred to Co.B, 12 Jun., 1863. Killed in action 5 May, 1864 at the Wilderness (SR). Originally buried at Camback's Mill, Spotsylvania (ROH).
